As usual,
the purpose of this meeting is to review and evaluate the Network activities;
to define the training and organizational needs and ways and means of
cooperation and consequently to plan for the next year activities.
In respect
of the latest developments in the field of Human Resources Development and
Management Systems in the telecommunication sector, the main theme of this
meeting is the impact of information technology applications on the HRM/D.
This meeting
is addressed to executives responsible for management, development and
training of human resources in the telecommunication administrations and
companies, also to those who are responsible for strategic planning and
development of telecommunication training process in telecommunication
enterprises. In addition, development partners from private sector,
universities and international organizations are also invited for effective
participation. Annex 1 shows the network tasks, working papers topics and the
participants concerned.
